Phoenix Intermediate

This level extends on the strong base established in Phoenix Beginner program. More complicated kicking, striking, and self-defense moves are incorporated. World
Taekwondo Federation competition forms are introduced. Strategic combat
techniques (focusing on movement, body positioning, and learning to 'read'
opponent) of Olympic sparring is also introduced.

 Features of the course:

• age 9 to 17
• green to blue belts
• intermediate forms (Tae Guek 1 to Tae Guek 4)
• intermediate Olympic sparring
• intermediate kicking, striking, jumping techniques
• exposure to competition
