New Beginners
The New Beginners training utilizes a series of exercises created with the intent of strengthening and stretching the body's core. The training mobilizes the spine and serves to improve overall flexibility.
Our classes are designed to provide beginning youth with personal attention and assistance. They emphasize coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength training. Students learn the tenants of Taekwondo and the customs of the martial art.
Our Current Class Program and Schedule
Course 1: New Beginners
Features of the course:
- designed for ages 7 to 12
- white and yellow belts
- introduction and fundamentals of Taekwondo
- basic kicks, punches, and stances
Times:
Wednesday, Friday, 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday, 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM
